Kefir Cheese And All Its Wonders

          Lately, I've been enjoying the world of kefir, a fun yogurt-like thing that can be made in different ways. To start, I'll give some simple instructions for kefir cheese.  

1: Place the kefir grains in a glass jar and fill the jar with milk. 
2: Wait 2-3 days for the whey to separate. 
3: Remove kefir grains and pour contents into cheesecloth (or old t-shirt).
4: Tie the cloth around the cheese and let drain over a pitcher for a full day in the fridge.  
5: Eat it.
