Free Gospel?

We love to talk about free salvation.
Walk the aisle, come to church, it’s fun.
Right?

Yeah, free. We like free stuff.
But maybe there’s more.
For freedom, you forfeit all.
Right?

You did, didn’t you?
Were you not told?
The Gospel is the message,
That makes you the messenger.
Right?

Oh, God! What aisle did you walk?
What lies did they tell you?
One Gospel, one Faith, one path.
Right?

Jesus’ path was not easy and He was God!
We are not above that Master.
If my God walked a difficult path,
Who am I to demand more?
Right?

Free salvation is only free to the one who receives it.
For the messenger, there has always been a price.
Right?
